GROUP SESSIONS

For All Fitness Levels

We provide group training sessions designed to fit all fitness levels. Beginners to advanced athletes can benefit from our functional strength and conditioning model that burns fat, builds muscle, improves VO2 max, balance and agility in a 30 minute session. We will give you the nutritional guidance you need to learn how and when to eat without pushing major calorie cuts or fad diets. We are also excited to offer you our elite FIT3D body composition scanner. Our scanner will help you track your progress with pristine accuracy.

Group Training Sessions

Group sessions create a united atmosphere, encouraging support and accountability. Combined with hands-on coaching and a fun, high energy atmosphere, you’ll quickly feel like a member of our fitness family.

Our sessions begin with a High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) format. HIRT layers functional, compound resistance training with intense anaerobic cardio in a single workout for maximum strength gain, muscle growth, and cardiovascular health.

FIT3D Body Composition Scans

Many of us have relied on a weight scale to determine if we are healthy or not. But the scale is completely inadequate as a device for measuring optimal health. Losing 5 lbs. sounds great until you find out that 4 lbs. came from lean mass and only 1 lb. came from fat. Once you are able to recognize the difference between your scale weight or perceived appearance and what your detailed quantified physiological values are, you’ll be able to understand the difference between looking fit/unfit and being fit/unfit.
